Refund policy
At AAA Soirées, all of our products and services are custom and personalized — made specifically for you. Due to the nature of customization, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Live onsite laser engraving services
- Personalized and engraved products
- Custom acrylic accents and event décor
- Any item that has been engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise personalized
All orders and bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We take great care to ensure every detail is reviewed and approved before we engrave or produce your items. It is the responsibility of the client to review all spelling, dates, names, and design details prior to final approval. AAA Soirées is not responsible for errors approved by the client.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@aaasoirees.com or (929) 515-3152 and we will make it right.
Event Cancellations
For live onsite engraving bookings, cancellation terms are outlined in your signed service agreement. Deposits are non-refundable.
